The hand offs between our initial sales professional, service training and indoctrination on the vehicle to financing was seamless. As we didn't have a specific vehicle in mind upon our initial visit, I can't say enough for the patience and no pressure approach by the sales professional we dealt with! The business model adhered to by this family owned business should be applied corporate wide by Infiniti. I would highly recommend this dealership and believe that we are customers for life now! More

I happened on this dealer and from the very first encounter with Dale, then Joe (the best), then Dallas and last with Sean I was impressed at their knowledge of their business, their friendliness and willing to work with me. I was asking for some tough things and while I did not get all, I was impressed with the dealings and ultimately I bought the car! The team I worked with was great (still think the whole process takes too too long) but most of it was my fault for chatting with the team like I knew them. kudos to Joe, the main salesperson for he knew his business and cars and he was patient and listened....a quality good for a salesperson to have. nice job all and now I have another car to love and care for!!! More

While having a new car is exciting I have historically never enjoyed the sales experience. Hours in a dealership and haggling back and forth, etc. This past weekend I decided to bite the bullet and head out for the dreaded car shopping ordeal. My husband was not able to join me and this was the first time I was car shopping on my own. This added to my apprehension. I walked into the Infiniti of Naperville dealership and asked to see a salesperson. Already thinking "here we go again". Adam Murczek promptly met me at reception and we began to chat about what I was interested in purchasing. Within five minutes of speaking with Adam I could tell he was much different than any other car sales person I have previously dealt with. He carefully listened to my requirements and off we went to walk the lot. There was zero pressure from Adam and in spite of me being rather fussy with my requirements he was very much at ease and never ran out of patience. I found a great vehicle and the entire end to end process went extremely well. I purchased a used vehicle and later had a couple of minor items I wanted to have fixed. Dale and Adam at Infiniti were very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure it was taken care of quickly. I recommend this dealership and Adam in particular if the highest possible regard. My opinion of purchasing a car has completely changed. Thank you Adam! More
