John Schultz was very accommodating, knowledgeable & friendly. The entire process was quick & easy. Infiniti of Naperville had the best deal in the 300 Mile radius of where I live. I actually live in Edwardsville (Southern Illinois) about 268 Miles away from Naperville. I worked with Dale Morrone to determine the best price/payment & with John to arrange the pickup and overview of the vehicle. Sean Pelkey was outstanding in making sure that we cover all aspects of the contract & keeping our kids occupied during the process. After I got home I also received a phone call from Dale to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at Infiniti of Naperville. Overall, this was an truly outstanding experience. More

It was the first time doing this and the team there, from sales to finance, was efficient, friendly and responsive. They were always easy to get hold of and answered all my questions. When the car was delivered (which was extremely fast), there were a couple small glitches. That’s when the service and commitment are really tested but again, the team was extremely helpful and responsive and got them resolved quickly. Best Dealership Experience This was easily the best dealership experience we have ever had. We started with an internet inquiry that was quickly answered by Christian Lynch. He answered the questions we asked, gave us the info we wanted, all without any hassle or trying to direct us to something we didn’t want. We set an appointment and worked with Alex Jaquez at the dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, helped us narrow down what we wanted as far as vehicle features, and was not the least bit pushy about anything. When we decided to talk numbers, Dale Morrone joined us. Again, very professional and made the process so easy. We weren’t forced to wait ridiculous lengths of time while they “talked to the manager” and went back and forth. We agreed very quickly on a price and everything continued to be easy from there. We met with Sean Pelkey for the finance portion and had no problems there either. Justin Rogers explained all of the features of the car before we took it home and was very thorough and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about everyone we worked with. We have made more car purchases than we’d probably care to admit, and it was actually shocking how pleasant this experience was compared to our past experiences at other dealerships. This will absolutely be our first (and hopefully only) stop the next time we are in the market for a car. More
