I had a positive experience working with Randy and Dale. It ended up taking a few days to get the deal done, but that was more on my end for it taking that long. There was no pressure on their end and more importantly no games. They gave me what they said they would for my trade in and there were no “surprise” fees when it came to financing. I would recommend Randy and Infinity of Naperville. More

I worked with Heidi Guttman who was very patient with me and very accommodating, never making me feel pressured or rushed. It was a busy Saturday at the dealership so it took a little while for me to get in and very accommodating, never making me feel pressured or rushed. It was a busy Saturday at the dealership so it took a little while for me to get into the finance office but Heidi kept checking on me and engaging me in conversation to help pass the time. She was kind enough to also take a picture of me with my car which Heidi had placed a big red bow on, nice touch Heidi! She was even kind enough to reach out to me days after my purchase to make sure everything was going ok. I’m sure most people would expect that kind of service when a new car is being sold but I was buying the least expensive vehicle on the lot. The dealership was very nice and the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend speaking Heidi if you are in the market for a car. Thank you Heidi. More
