I went to Lexus of Brookfield because my local dealer, Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton, didnt have any RX 450h's which I was interested in. Also, I was told about all of these special things that were INCLUDED, like 5 year ding/dent protection, seat protection where if your seat was ripped or torn or permanently stained, the seat would be replaced, Kahu theft protection, lifetime monthly car washes, lifetime nitrogen filled tires, etc. Upon looking at the invoice, I saw that I was being charged for these things - $799 for one package and $499 for the other. When talking to the financial person who went over more packages to buy, I was told that I don't have the seat protection, that is an additional $300. Someone had told us about the Kahu theft protection that was included in the $799 package and sounded good, but we were told later that they had switched that for tire protection for 2 years. I drove the car for the first time today, running many errands and found out that many things don't work as I expected. There is not much storage space for the driver, it is cumbersome getting in and out because of the running board, I cannot remote start my car and more. I am very disappointed with the car and my experience at Lexus of Brookfield. I would recommend Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton who has a 7 day buy back plan where you get your money back if you are not satisfied with your car. They don't even deduct for miles driven! More

I also want to give my appreciation to A.J. in service he too assisted me with an issue and would not stop until the problem was solved. In a world where customer service is dwindling, it is refreshing to be treated like family. Dale ends each professional endeavor with, "If you need me, give me a call." He doesn't just say it, he means it. That's family treatment and I'm glad to be a member. The dealership is a credit to the industry. God bless! More
