My boyfriend and I had been looking at cars for a few days and found a 2012 Nissan Altima off of cars.com located at the Lexus of Brookfield. Upon walking in I was a little intimated as lexus is obviousl days and found a 2012 Nissan Altima off of cars.com located at the Lexus of Brookfield. Upon walking in I was a little intimated as lexus is obviously known for their luxury. But dale got to us in a timely manner got right down to business and returned with the keys to the nissan to take for a drive. I thought that was awesome. We fell in love with the car and returned the next day to purchase, after receiving a dozen roses which I thought was such a nice gesture. The next day the vehicle was on the showroom floor polished and ready. This made me feel so special. Without asking dale took care of some minor things I noticed as if he read my mind even filled the tank. We then met with Virginia in financing. Even though she was new she was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. She didnt try to sell us unnecessary things but looked out for our best interest. She even worked with me without having some copies of documents. Overall dale and Virginia were amazing. Dale made me feel so special even answered my silly questions when I called once i got home. Even though I wasn't purchasing the luxurious Lexus they had they still made feel important and valued. If I could give them 100 stars I would and I just love my new car. More

Our experience with the staff at Lexus of Brookfield was outstanding. We came from an hour away to look at a ES 350. From the moment we got there to when we drove off Dale Roeglin was awesome. I haven't stopped boasting about my car buying experience since I left the dealership. He helped me find a beautiful certified pre-owned Lexus within my budget and also helped me secure a great interest rate for my loan. The dealership itself was beautiful and the entire staff was friendly and catering. On three occasions, different sales and staff personnel came up to congratulate me on my purchase. This is my first Lexus purchase and certainly will not be my last! The overall experience was incredible and I cannot recommend Lexus of Brookfield and Dale enough. It would be remiss of me not to mention the technology specialist, Lexus Wade. I was pleasantly surprised to learn when you buy new or certified pre-owned Lexus, they have a dedicated technology specialist come to sit in the vehicle with you so you can learn all the intricacies. This was such an added bonus! I learned everything I needed to know before leaving the lot and Wade was very patient and informative. Thank you to all! More
