My career in the auto industry began with detailing cars at the age of 18. I knew from that point on that I loved cars. I took a position selling used cars, and spent three years there before transitioning to new cars where I stayed for the next two years. I really enjoyed the challenge of finding the perfect vehicle for my customers. Then came an opportunity to move into management, and I spent the next six years heading up the used car department. At that time I moved to Shaheen Chevrolet, where I have been for the past eleven years, starting as the General Sales Manager before being promoted to General Manager. I really enjoy making a difference in peoples lives, and believe that I succeed by helping others to succeed. When I am not working, I enjoy family trips, golfing, basketball, watching my kids play sports, and spending time on the lake. My beautiful wife Katherine, and I have three great kids - Jaxon, Kenedy, and Cole.

Absolutely the best new car buying experience I have ever had. The professionalism and customer service exhibited by the entire sales and financial staff was superb. I purchased a used car from Shaheen Chevrolet this winter. The experience has been nothing short of complete satisfaction. Mike Herhold helped me through the process like a friend. His patience was exemplary when it came to presenting available inventory, answering my questions, sorting out the fairly complex details of purchasing a car and making it just a few signatures at the end. I ended up with an excellent car that reminds me of Lansing, MI every time that I drive it. Shaheen Chevrolet knows how to make first-time customers a lifetime client! More
