Overall, the purchase process was efficient. Kyle was very patient with us, as it took us a day or two to make up our minds on the purchase. This is our second Outback we've ordered (2015, now a 2023). Lynne kept us informed as our 2023 made it's way through the system and she was easy to work with. Lynne let me know when the car arrived lat 2023). Lynne kept us informed as our 2023 made it's way through the system and she was easy to work with. Lynne let me know when the car arrived late on a Friday and Jesse made sure our accessories were installed for a Saturday pick up time. Dallas got us hooked up on a nice extended warranty and it all went smoothly! Ferguson is an easy place to work with and we got a very fair price on everything...and my wife loves her new car! We'll continue shopping at Ferguson in the future! More
