Hi Jim, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry that you experienced some miscommunication in our service department during your recent visit. I understand that you were traveling through town when you visited us, and had several aftermarket products on your vehicle, which were making it difficult for communication to your transmission. We worked with the tools we have to try and diagnose the issue, but it can be tricky to do so when aftermarket products are involved. We charge diagnostic fees even when we can't get to the bottom of an issue, so that we take care of our employees and their time in the shop. the aftermarket parts you said i had nothing to do with problem. your serviceman did not have the knowledge to fix the problem.NO sevice shop would charge for a job they could not fix. i will pay the diagnostice fee. I HAVE TO WORK TO TO FEED MY FAMLEY AND PAY BILLS .....
