We got our truck serviced and they said they serviced our whole vehicle. We was going on vacation to Panama City for 9 days We got to Nashville and our windshield wiper came apart on the passenger side We ha whole vehicle. We was going on vacation to Panama City for 9 days We got to Nashville and our windshield wiper came apart on the passenger side We had to go all the way to Florida with 1 windshield wiper working in rain then we to come home in the rain with 1 windshield wiper we had to get more after we got home. So if that was not checked what else was not checked. Makes me wonder if I want to bring my vehicle back or not. More

Well i just paid $140 for a 4 wheel alignment. .when they called me & told me that the truck was ready, they said..we got you all lined up. Everything is in spec ,But where id put the lift/leveling .when they called me & told me that the truck was ready, they said..we got you all lined up. Everything is in spec ,But where id put the lift/leveling kit on front..the adjustments are at there max but its on spec. But i really need to put the aftermarket upper a-arms on it so id have more adjustment if i ever needed it. .i said ok, but u said that everything is on spec & in line. He said yes. So i had my old lady go get the truck. Then when i come in off the road that eveing, i looked at front wheels & could see at just a glance that the Camber was way out still at tops of both front wheels..then i go to look at spec sheet..which there wasnt 1..but all it said was basically Toe was good , but caster & camber couldnt be adjusted because i needed the different upper a-arms.. 1st...that isnt what i was told on phone 2nd...i told them when i first talked to them bout doin it that id put the leveling kit on front & asked if that would be a problem..there answer was nope want be a problem 3rd..how do yall charge someone full price for a service that was not completed & then add on some B.S.Charges ( shop supplies ). Which was what?? Then a [ environmental fee ]..which all come to $12.00 So im still trying to figure out how we hurt the o-zone layer..did yall change the blinker fuild or switch the air in the tires from winter air over to summer air.. which either 1 of them is bad bad on environmental & economy..so i could see it then..but i dont understand beings yall didnt even complete the job yall was paid in full for which required 0 shop supplies, & shouldnt had harmed anything..other than my pocket . .i dont mind paying for some 1 to do something for me. But i do kinda expect it to be done right & completed..cause if that was me mowing yalls grass but yall say well b4 u start i just want to tell u that it is kinda rocky ground , then i say well shouldnt be a problem them i get there & see that it is rockyer than i thought it would be & my blades just will barely cut it..& i stop ⅓ of way done & tell yall its done & charge yall FULL PRICE then add on top of that a blade shaping fee of $12.00 & tell yall that yall will have to pick up some of them rocks b4 i come back... So yeah i guess yall can tell by now I ANT HAPPY WITH YALL..& MY TRUCK PROBABLY WANT EVER BE BACK UP THERE..& by the way we was really looking at black Texas edition 1500 Silverado yall have. Cause my old lady has to upgrade her ride here pretty quickly..but naw that probably want take place there or any other Newton dealership.. Anyway. .
