I understand that you were traveling through town when you visited us, and had several aftermarket products on your vehicle, which were making it difficult for communication to your transmission. We worked with the tools we have to try and diagnose the issue, but it can be tricky to do so when aftermarket products are involved. We charge diagnostic fees even when we can't get to the bottom of an issue, so that we take care of our employees and their time in the shop.
