There were no lies involved, and nothing was misrepresented during your purchase. All terms, pricing, and vehicle details were disclosed prior to signing. Once paperwork is completed and the transaction is funded, ownership transfers — we do not offer a “two-day return” or exchange policy unless explicitly stated in writing beforehand.
When you contacted us about wanting to unwind the deal after two days, we explained our policy clearly and respectfully. While we understand buyer’s remorse can happen, that does not make the process misleading or dishonest.
If there is a specific, factual concern you would like addressed, we are open to discussing it directly. Broad accusations, however, do not reflect what occurred.

The only reason I give it a 3 stars, it is because the
sales people were friendly. Other than that I had problem with my car right away. I had to be back and forth for 1 month of taking my car to dealersh

I had to be back and forth for 1 month of taking my car to dealership to figure out why my car voice command was not working, they could not figure out what the issue was, and had to go to Nissan Bergstrom just to find out I needed a TCU replacement, the only good thing I had bought the extended warranty or I would have been screwed with an estimate of $2,000 to fix. It was a really frustrating situation because I did not had to go through that, and put more money out my pocket, when I had recently bought the car, and still making payments for a couple of more years to come.
