They’ve come a really long way in the 8 years I’ve been doing business with them. They get better and better. I’m willing to bet the only dealership in town that will answer technical questions with techni doing business with them. They get better and better. I’m willing to bet the only dealership in town that will answer technical questions with technical answers. That speaks volumes for me and shows honesty, integrity, and transparency. They could have charged me for an ECU I wound up not needing, as any other dealership would have. That alone, will keep me coming back. I have a dealership background in a different industry so these are things I look out for; and not just for the service department, but also the sales dept - technical responses from technical questions from the sales team. Toyota Care is not a good value and is represented poorly at the time of sale. They claim the 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are free when in fact you have to pay at 10,000 for the dealership to balance and at the time of sale. They claim the 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are free when in fact you have to pay at 10,000 for the dealership to balance and align your tires after rotation. In addition the dealership tries to up sell you with your air cabin filter needs to be changed. They didn’t even inspect it because the glove box was undisturbed and when I inspected the cabin filter it was clean. How disappointing and dishonest. Lastly one of the tires is missing an air valve cap. Sloppy work and technician doesn’t care. Overall I give this service experience a D. More
