We purchased a used car from here last month. We requested they put a new battery in the key because the key kept showing low battery. They said they did, but the alert kept showing. Turns out th We requested they put a new battery in the key because the key kept showing low battery. They said they did, but the alert kept showing. Turns out the key needs to be replaced altogether. Took it to get replaced and it’s not even the original key, going to cost over $100 to replace. Within days of getting it home the check engine light came on and the crankshaft sensor needed to be replaced. My daughter also called and needed the car jumped. The battery is low it doesn’t it doesn’t even register on our tester. So 2 weeks in and needs a new battery and the check engine light is on again. I knew what to expect buying a used car, but assumed basic maintenance like the key and battery would have been taken care of. They did replace/ fix everything I noticed before purchase, but feel like they didnt bother to actually check the car out and fix things before reselling it. Overall, very disappointed in the fact that it seems like they just picked up a car from auction, cleared check engine codes and sold it. Oh! And I forgot to mention the OBD port is so loose we can’t read the codes anymore without fixing that…. More
