We were referred to Chris Wallace by a friend. We bought my 2021 RAV4 from Chris in December 2020. It was a great experience, he made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We bought a Toyota-certified used vehicle, as well as a maintenance contract. Bottom line, during our interactions with Wilsonville Toyota regarding a service issue only 2 weeks after we bought the car, we maintenance contract. Bottom line, during our interactions with Wilsonville Toyota regarding a service issue only 2 weeks after we bought the car, we did not feel like valued customers. Rather, it was as if we were dealing with an HMO or an insurance company. What an about face after we signed the papers to buy. Seems like short-sighted business practices to us. So much for "No Bull." More like "Business as usual" or "Take all you can while you can." More

They know why we are disappointed; so very disappointed. A basic, small, thing that took two weeks to potentially get done and had to then do the leg work ourselves between their parts and service departmen A basic, small, thing that took two weeks to potentially get done and had to then do the leg work ourselves between their parts and service department; even though our sales guy said they would call us to schedule an appoint once the part (key) came in. Now, off of principle, we decided to pay a different dealership to complete what was supposed to be free with the truck we purchased from Wilsonville. We had such high hopes and expectations for this place. More
