Damian was great to work with! He introduced himself as we were looking around the lot, asked what we were interested in and gave us some information. He gave us space to continue looking and told us where to find him if we had questions. No high pressure, yay! We took 2 test drives and decided on the one we liked. As he was explaining pricing, the General Sales Manager Lauren, came in and introduced herself and made the deal a little better! We took the night to think it over, check some other dealers and decided this was the best deal on the style and color of the vehicle that we wanted. Charlie in finance was also very easy to do business with explaining everything in an easy going and considerate manner. We felt welcome and our needs respected from start to finish! Looking forward to coming back to work with Newton on the technology. More

i had received a message on 2/10/2026 about an Up-grade program the dealership has. I took my 2023 Crosstrek in on 2/11/26 for an inspection, I asked about the program once there, I was introduced to Damia program the dealership has. I took my 2023 Crosstrek in on 2/11/26 for an inspection, I asked about the program once there, I was introduced to Damian. I explained to him I was looking for information about the Upgrade Program. Damian took what I was looking for and turned it into realty. His time and effort were appreciated by this customer. I was upgraded to a 2025 Crosstrek which was very much in my budget. More

Worst experience ever. I bought my car about a month ago and I still cannot drive it. They gave me the wrong car fax information, then when they did give me the right infor I bought my car about a month ago and I still cannot drive it. They gave me the wrong car fax information, then when they did give me the right information they gave me hardly any time to look it over and dismissed my questions about it. The day I took it home I contacted them about transmission issues. I was not able to drive it above 50 mph during the test drive, and at 60-70 on my way home it was having issues. The transmission was shot, which I had to fight them over because they said it was not, but they only drove it from 15 minutes after they took it back to look at it. They finally took it for a longer drive and they sent it to a different dealership to get the transmission replaced. I had no loaner vehicle the whole time. I go to pick up my car after the supposed transmission fix and they lost one of my key fobs. So they had to keep it again. I was supposed to have the loaner they gave me for over the weekend, but they surprised me with a phone call the next morning 20 minutes before dropping off my car to me with the new key fob. Fine. Lack of communication and telling me one thing and then doing another. Fine. What is not fine is that 30 minutes after driving the car the check engine light comes on and it starts making a grinding noise. I call and text them immediately- i get no communication back. When they finally did get back to me, they want me to take it to a different dealership closer to me. Fine. No one called that other dealership and I know this because before going out on the snowy/icy roads I called that other dealership and they said there’s no record or notes about me bringing my car in for service. Kenny Ross sold me a lemon, knew they sold me a lemon, and now they refuse to take the car back when I have repeatedly told them I no longer want the car (something I said from day one when they asked if they could make it right by picking the car up to look at the transmission- I gave them a chance to fix it, and this is how they fix it??) DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KENNY ROSS SUBARU More
