Damian was wonderful. Best salesman we have ever had. Trying to reach a number we were comfortable with took some effort and time, but we got there. This place is the personification of what you think an auto dealer is, and worse. Went to see 3 preowned cars for my daughter. I was wondering why the salesman was so smug and snarky, until the manager ca auto dealer is, and worse. Went to see 3 preowned cars for my daughter. I was wondering why the salesman was so smug and snarky, until the manager came over to “close” the deal. Rude, obnoxious and condescending. The poor attitude permeates the entire building. Presented us their deal at $3000 over industry normal for similar cars and then added their exorbitant fees, taking advantage of COVID by charging a $399 sterilization fee, trying to charge $1850 to “certify” a car that only had 9000 miles on it. Other dealers at $1200 on older cars. He throws a car fax and KBB paper in front of me (which I looked up before going) and tells my they’re within range. I then asked for prices for 2 other cars and he wouldn’t even bother. Just told me “they’re not in your range”. Once they realized they didn’t have a sucker ready to believe their BS, they couldn’t be bothered. We went to a nearby dealer, were treated well, and struck a deal on a better car at a noticeably better price. This is our second Honda. We stopped here first both times, and regretted it. First time was for a new vehicle, walked out and vowed never to go back. Only went back because they had the three cars my daughter was interested in. Figured they couldn’t be that bad twice, 3 years apart, boy were we wrong. Went to other local Honda dealers, and were treated well. More
