Damien was a true professional and really worked on behalf of my wife to get the car priced where she wanted it, and he spent a considerable amount of time going over the vehicle's functions with her and I and treated out 10 year daughter very kind as well. I purchased my Merceded from a dealer in Chicago and had it shipped to my home, did'nt have the personalized experience but I'm certain that in the future I will ask Damien to help with any purchase for me as well.
