These Guys Are Terrific I have been looking daily for over a year on MBUSA.COM and elsewhere on the web for a CPO 2011 or 2012 S600. I just missed out on one at this dealers I have been looking daily for over a year on MBUSA.COM and elsewhere on the web for a CPO 2011 or 2012 S600. I just missed out on one at this dealership a month or so ago, and unknown to me, Damian had put my name in his file just in case. When the car I purchased became available, he emailed me (and probably a number of other people who had shown interest in the previous car, but did not get it) to tell me about it. Fortunately, I was on the computer at the time and replied immediately. At Damian's suggestion, we arranged for me to make a small, refundable deposit on the car pending a trip across Florida to the east coast to see it, which we did the following morning. The car is GORGEOUS - everything Damian said it was and everything I was looking for, including colors inside and out - and I bought it. That's where Carlos came in. He did all of the paperwork and gave me some recommendations about maintenance and repair packages I could buy that I have always previously declined on everything from telephones to TVs to cars. Carlos made such a good case that two days later, I called and opted for two that upon further examination seemed to make sense, given the value of the car. As an added bonus for me, Damian discovered that my drivers license had expired almost a year ago. I had no idea. I was waiting for the DMV to send me the renewal and I never got one - probably because of mail forwarding. It meant I couldn't drive the car home that day, but also that I wouldn't get fined or worse if I got stopped. Damian is also very patient with my questions. He gave me his personal phone and I have been calling and texting pretty often over the past couple of days. I imagine he wishes he hadn't been so accommodating. Thanks, Damian and Carlos. More

When I decided to buy my second Mercedes car I checked all the dealers within 200 miles for a specific CPO C250. I normally don't like to give any review,but in this case I feel that Damian ans Luis deserve to be congratulated. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were so impressed with the attention and assistance we received from Damian Steip. the paper work was done fast and every document was well explained. The dealership was closed but Damian was with us, in the parking lot, still giving us tutorials about every button and options the vehicle has.The next day he called us to check that we had a safe trip back to Port St Lucie and if we enjoyed the new car......
