Damien was exceptional to collaborate with! His communication was clear and straightforward. He was honest, approachable, and professional! He made sure I was completely satisfied throughout th His communication was clear and straightforward. He was honest, approachable, and professional! He made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the process. Even when we encountered an issue with debris in the HVAC fan, he arranged for a rental car and promptly brought my car in for service. He organized a driver to pick up my vehicle and deliver the loaner to my workplace all the way up North at exit 17! The entire service process was seamless and the turnaround was done less than 24 hours! I can't express enough positive sentiments about Damien and my experience with the entire team at DePaula Chevrolet! Definitely head to DePaula for your next vehicle and ask to work with Damien!!!
