We spent a lot of time searching online to avoid the used car sales type of which we encountered on a few trips out. At first glance we expected much the same but had never been to Sam Swope before. Thankfully our experience couldn't have been better because of Damon's efforts. His knowledge and patience were very much appreciated. When we were struggling with the decision because things didn't match exactly to our expectations Damon worked with us and even encouraged us to sleep on it. Most dealers pull every trick just to keep you there a few more minutes. Damon even drove several miles to pick up something the previous owner forgot to leave behind. We will definitely recommend working with Damon Hampton! More

Excellent experience My wife and I had been looking to buy a used Suburu Outback for a few months, but had the luxury of not being in a hurry. We had left another dealersh My wife and I had been looking to buy a used Suburu Outback for a few months, but had the luxury of not being in a hurry. We had left another dealership after a negotiated deal fell through and she happened to find a new listing on autotrader.com at Sam Swope. We arrived 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close and snuck up on Damon as he grabbed a handful of Cheerios (supper). He quickly greeted us with a smile and went to work finding the vehicle. It was a bit of a challenge, because it had just arrived on trade that morning and hadn't been processed through the service department yet. After a couple phone calls and a few minutes we test drove the vehicle and began talking numbers. We were at the office well beyond regular business hours and Damon (and the manager) were happy to help. We weren't able to finish the deal until the next day after the vehicle made it through their inspections and such, but we got a fair price for our trade-in and always felt like Damon was willing to work at our pace instead of rushing us into anything. It'll be a while before we buy another vehicle, but Damon will be the first person we call when that time comes! More
