My experience with Lexus of Sarasota was very impressive from start to finish. At the beginning I submitted my interest via the internet to 5 different dealers. Marshall followed up with me right away with from start to finish. At the beginning I submitted my interest via the internet to 5 different dealers. Marshall followed up with me right away with a text that evening and then again in the morning. Only one other dealer responded but a full 24 hours later. Marshall provided the same excellent customer service all the way through my transaction. He was professionally persistent but not high pressure and really stayed on top of all the details. I live an hour away but it was well worth the drive as Marshal made everything so easy right from the start! I chose a Lexus because it is a high quality car and Marshall and Lexus of Sarasota consistently represented this brand with the top notch service.
