My experience with Lexus of Sarasota was very impressive from start to finish. At the beginning I submitted my interest via the internet to 5 different dealers. Marshall followed up with me right away with from start to finish. At the beginning I submitted my interest via the internet to 5 different dealers. Marshall followed up with me right away with a text that evening and then again in the morning. Only one other dealer responded but a full 24 hours later. Marshall provided the same excellent customer service all the way through my transaction. He was professionally persistent but not high pressure and really stayed on top of all the details. I live an hour away but it was well worth the drive as Marshal made everything so easy right from the start! I chose a Lexus because it is a high quality car and Marshall and Lexus of Sarasota consistently represented this brand with the top notch service. I'm super happy with my car and I highly recommend Marshall and Lexus of Sarasota! More

I felt they could see I was uncomfortable "making a deal" and they completely let me go at my own pa The entire team was professional and respectful. I felt they could see I was uncomfortable "making a deal" and they completely let me go at my own pace. They found the exact car that I wanted and worked the price that I wanted.....but I still couldn't say yes because I was nervous....I was able to go home and think about it, but was told that the car might sell and I took that gamble. I called early the next day they opened, Monday, and said I wanted the car and set an appointment for Wednesday to pick it up. When I got there Grant said my car sold before I called so he found another one just like it.......except it had an upgraded stereo.....I said how much more to me and he said nothing!!!! Because he paid attention to me when I test drove the other one he knew how important the stereo was to me. This was a great surprise. The entire process was seamless, professional and thorough. I will definitely recommend Wilde Lexus to everyone. More
