Whenever we had to utilize the service center we have been pleased with the communication, quality of work and process. In looking to purchase a pre-owned or new vehicle our recent experience with your sales associates has "soured" me on RI. In verbal and personal communication I have worked with Josh (5/4) and Damone on 5/23. I sent emails to both (on separate occasions) and never received a response from either. Their lack of communication has resulted in me looking at your competitors vehicles (Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander). While we may end up with an Infinity, I will find another dealer to work with. Even worse, I have shared my story and experience with people looking for new cars so they don't end up with the same experience and look elsewhere. More

New Red Infiniti SUV Great car! It was Delivered when promised since it came from Florida. It is very good looking in the Red color. Not the greatest experience when pic Great car! It was Delivered when promised since it came from Florida. It is very good looking in the Red color. Not the greatest experience when picking up the vehicle from the dealer. My husband had made an appointment that day, but unfortunately our sales rep had gotten another customer at that time and we were then second in line. a new person came to help, then left, and then we were back to our original sales person. All went well, but then I went with another sales person to explain and review the car to me. He was OK, but a little impatient with me since he had another couple waiting to speak with him after me. When I was ready to leave with the new vehicle, this gentleman forgot to give me my owners black bag including the car manual, and second vehicle key. I noticed the key not given to me just as I had arrived home. I was not happy with the fact that my husband had to go back to the dealership to pick these items up. The manager did offer to drop the items off to me that evening, but I did not want him to go so out of his way. More

Worked with Kristin and Dominic who were extremely responsive and we did the entire transaction online. Could not have been happier with the overall level of service with the transaction. Would reco responsive and we did the entire transaction online. Could not have been happier with the overall level of service with the transaction. Would recommend this dealership to anyone! More
