Janelle went above and beyond taking care of us and was knowledgeable on all of the specifications on our Grand Highlander and gave us a thorough demonstration on all of the features before we took off. Dan the man took care of us with ease and advised us on our best options when it came to the financing and paperwork. The general manager also made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, we felt like family at this place!
