I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a vehicle 3 hrs from our home, but Janelle assured us that the Highlander Hybrid we were looking at was in pristine condition and she was extremely accurate with her assessment!! Although we purchased a 2022 model, it looked and smelled like a brand new vehicle!! We are so happy with our purchase at this dealership!! They've certainly earned our trust and I'm sure we'll be considering them first on future purchases!! One recommendation, and I know they are addressing, would be to get additional finance people onboard to lessen the time spent with the paperwork process. Once we were in finance, Dan did a fantastic job of quickly reviewing and completing everything, it just took quite a while to get to that point. Again, overall you will not be disappointed with the people here and the vehicles, they are great!! More

My Fiancé and I visited the Bourbonnais Toyota today and cannot stress how happy we are we did!!! We originally went there looking for a new car for me but instead we did a 2fer, we each bought a new car on cannot stress how happy we are we did!!! Customer service was excellent from the time we walked in and met the General Manager Sam and Matt our salesman. I had tons of questions, and we test drove a bunch a cars until we both found exactly what we wanted. Sam and Matt assisted us with all of this while making us feel comfortable and all our questions answered. Dan in finance was awesome also helping us get the best possible interest rate and made the whole process quick. 5 stars for the service and professionalism we both received from this dealership.
