Best car buying and service experience This was my second purchase from Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach. Sales person (Mo S) was incredibly knowledgable and courteous from the get go. My p This was my second purchase from Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach. Sales person (Mo S) was incredibly knowledgable and courteous from the get go. My purchase wasn't the easiest as I wanted a specific limited edition car that can no longer be acquired via MB "build your own car" option. They found me the last one available for sale from another out of state dealership. Within two days, my dream car was delivered. I noticed a few minor imperfections, and without hesitation, the salesperson and manager authorized the repairs. They went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied, and even offered other vehicle options (as a way not to indicate any pressure to take the specially-ordered car). I found this to be incredibly classy and professional. This is precisely why I returned for a second purchase, and will do so again and again in the future. This is what it is all about, caring for customers and building a pleasant relationship with them to ensure long-term loyalty. I cannot think of nicer things to say about my sales person and his management. While buying a car may be easy for some, the most important part of the journey of owning a Mercedes Benz is service. The Service manager, Dan, is one of the most genuine, intelligent and caring people I have encountered. Frankly, my experience with my first car (GTS) was the single most important factor for me to select MB Daytona Beach for my second service. Dan always had a smile and always/always addressed any issues I had raised about the car. He manages a great team and his sound leadership is certainly contagious. Clearly this dealership and its higher management encourages integrity and high standards, and it shows. Thank you! More

Great services all the way from the owner to the driver It's very difficult to be without your car but Daytona Mercedes-Benz goes above and beyond to make sure that you're not inconvenienced and your car is It's very difficult to be without your car but Daytona Mercedes-Benz goes above and beyond to make sure that you're not inconvenienced and your car is returned to you and the conditions better and then when you dropped it off. They make sure you understand what they did in the service. The most importantly they make sure it's a pleasant experience all the way around from the owner to the service director to your service writer and finally the driver that returns your car! More

Outstanding customer service! This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime (66 years) at any service department at any car dealership. My sincerest appreciation and deepest gratitude to Mr. Dan Barber, Service and Parts Director, and to Mr. Charles "Gabby" Davila, Service Advisor for making all this possible!!! The Mercedes-Benz dealership, in providing the most experienced, professional, personable and thoroughly efficient service via these two gentlemen, made my wait (less than one hour) an enjoyable one. The car alarm on my Mercedes 2004 C-230 would sound intermittently (for no apparent reason) and needed to be replaced. I was prepared to wait half a day and could not believe it when my total time spent at the dealership (with no advance reservation) turned out to be 45 to 50 minutes (from drive-in to drive-out). As long as Mr. Dan Barber and Mr. Charles "Gabby" Davila remain at this dealership, they will have my business for life!!! Jim Watson More
