We had no idea about makes of cars. However, when we pinpointed what we would like in a car you found two on the computer that fit our description. We test drove it and found the Ford Fusion to our liking. You let us bring our son-in-law and daughther over to help us make a final decision.we thought that remarkable So it was a go and a great decision.You were so helpful in showing us all the gadgets in the car and taking care of so much that has to be handled in buying a car. You were respectful patient and didn't make us feel like dummies. We love the car. Still getting used to all the gadgets but that will come. Rick , you were wonderfully patient and so helpful. Fair price,low hassle,good teamwork at dealership. Would have liked to know the interest rate on the loan before arriving for the closing transactions. Unhappy that a service charge was included in final paperwork but had not been previously discussed. Nick Sigel was the reason we ultimately bought from this dealership. Knowledgeable, honest,hard working, nice guy. Thank you for making this a very special and memorable experience for our daughter and also for her parents! More

I traveled from central Wisconsin to Milwaukee because this dealership had the vehicle I wanted on the lot and was willing to work with me to accomplish what I needed to do.
