I called to inquire about a vehicle that had the specific options I was searching for. Luckily for me, it was still available. I had the pleasure of making arrangements by phone to test drive the vehicle with sales consultant, Dan Berry, within a couple of hours of placing my call. Dan met my mother and I at the appointed time. I test drove the vehicle and Dan was very informative, pointing out the numerous features the vehicle offered. After returning to the dealership, I decided to purchase this CPO vehicle. I appreciate Dan’s approach, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive and there was no pressure or haggling. I received a great price on this vehicle. I had financing prior to my arrival, but Dan and the top notch finance department representative, Sharon Thompson, were able to obtain an even lower rate for me. They did an outstanding job facilitating the purchase of my vehicle! Dan has followed up with me since my purchase, and I shall be returning to obtain another hands on to tutorial. From the moment I entered the dealership, Mary Brown made me feel like I was home, in a relaxing and warm environment. She really set the tone for our experience at RBM. Dan Berry was the ultimate professional, answering our many questions and treating us with respect, care and humor as we connected over cars and our favorite music. My wife and I had met Dan several years prior and I had made him a promise to purchase a car from him prior to some medical difficulties I had - it was nice to finally fulfill that promise, which would have not happened had it nor been for Lisa Brennan. She worked financial miracles for us and really went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf, taking the time to get to know us on a personal level. To complete our amazing experience, we were fortunate enough to work with Sharon Thompson who we enjoyed dealing with because of her humor and efficiency. I bought the car site unseen and even though I wanted a white one he convinced me that the Selenite was a great color and that I would be happy with it. He was correct. I very much like it. Tom Ahern was equally competent and professional. I would buy another car from RBM and Dan and that pretty much says it all!!! More
