I have just leased my second vehicle at this dealership and feel very comfortable with everyone involved. It is a stress free buying environment, which is pretty atypical at a car dealership! Everyone, from the General Manager, Steve Boyce, to salesman Mike Moursy, to John DePalma, who gave a thorough lesson in the technology of the vehicle, has been very open, forthcoming and top-notch at putting their customers at ease. I have always felt very secure in using their service department as well, as they service your vehicle without making you feel you are spending too much and buying unnecessary extras. I have never felt this way at a dealership before! This has been my constant experience, every time I brought my Legacy in for servicing. My expectation is that this honesty and professionalism will continue with my new Outback. I highly recommend Freehold Subaru! They are fair and honest in all their dealings with their customers. There were several Visits i Everyone I came in contact with at Freehold Subaru made me feel welcome & important - especially my salesman Bryan Hughes. There were several Visits involved with my purchase. Bryan and the staff there gave me trade in estimates; wrote down pricing & option packages for the Cross trek that I wanted; and was willing to search other dealerships for my color. I've even been back for a service visit to add one of my options and the people I had met remembered me - took the time to say hi - and to ask if I was enjoying my car. More
