I know this sounds cliche but they treated us like family. The whole process started with John Krajnovich and to be honest I truly didn't think people like him existed in the auto buying industry, he was outrageously warm and courteous and seemed to genuinely care about myself and my wife. John went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. John is one of the most sincere and kindest individuals I've ever had the privilege of meeting. When we arrived at the dealership we met with our salesman Dan Buzdugan who was equally kind and assisted in test driving several vehicles until we found exactly what we wanted. The evening concluded with the finance manager Steve Squillo who made the usually painful part of the process smooth and hassle free. My wife and I actually walked out of the dealership that evening both having had a wonderful time, not something very common these days. Due to how we were treated by everyone involved, Fair Oaks Ford now has two more customers for life and I already have shared my experience with many family members and friends. More
