Dan made the process so smooth and headache free, we could not believe we were buying a car. We have had more problems picking up a special order item at Kohls, than picking up our wonderful Ford Explorer. My wife, like most women, buy products based on aesthetics. If it's not pretty, she will not buy it. Her preferred color combination was not available when we first came into the dealership, but within a couple of hours, Dan was able to locate a vehicle in the color combination with all the bells and whistles my wife desired. Amazing service and attention to detail. When we came in the next day to close the deal, we were expecting to be at the dealership at least 4-5 hours, but Dan and John had us in our car going through technology in less than hour. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had, Dan and John and Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln have clients for life. I have already recommended them to all of my friends. 2 New Cars...1 Great Salesman My wife and I went to Fair Oaks Lincoln after attending the Chicago Auto Show to inquire about their new Lincoln Continental. Dan Buzdugan greeted us My wife and I went to Fair Oaks Lincoln after attending the Chicago Auto Show to inquire about their new Lincoln Continental. Dan Buzdugan greeted us when we walked in the door. Told him we wanted to talk about the new continental and at that time they did not have much info on it yet. So my wife saw the new 2016 MKX ended up taking a drive and buying her a new car that day. Dan promised to keep us in touch when he would hear more from Lincoln. Dan called us to come in and talk about the Lincoln Continental and we ended up ordering it. Picked up our car last night and looking forward to all the enjoyment it is going to bring us. More
