Do not fall for the response they leave on your review to call the manager because he won't answer OR CALL YOU BACK!! My review disappeared. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE & although clearly most call the manager because he won't answer OR CALL YOU BACK!! My review disappeared. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE & although clearly most of the issue is the default of the car, the communication and professionalism from the dealership is absolutely childish and unbelievable Got a hybrid jeep here, not even a year old. Several recalls, very unsafe (using words like fire and catastrophic). Along with the recalls, several other issues with the car (shut off on my husband as he was pulling in traffic, service 4wd, take a turn and RPMs go up to red, and countless other issues). I reached out to them now for months about this car. Was told I needed to reach out to Jeep, Jeep tells me I needed to reach out to Stellantis, Stellantis tells me to reach out to dealership. I text, I call, I get absolutely no response. Hung up on after expressing my frustration to the sales manager (after he didn’t call me back twice). I then call the general manager LAST Monday- no response, no return call. Call again "he's on vacation". Ok I will leave a note for him to call you. It has now been an entire week and now another phone call not returned from BILL the GENERAL MANAGER. I have 2 small children that I cannot put in a brand new car that has several safety issues only to be told “we can’t do anything for you” or “you’re going to lose a lot of money if we get you into a different car” I pay $400 a month and can only use half of the power source now for months (recall says I cannot plug it in- it’s a hybrid). No one wants to help, they just want your money and will ignore your calls (and hang up on you). While I understand this is a lease, the lack of compassion, communication, help, or even lending a loaner car is beyond frustrating. I feel like I have been lied to this entire time, only because they are still getting my money. They keep pointing the finger at everyone else but themselves. More

I just found out that the service center won't work on cars that are over 10 years old - at least that was what I was told when I took my 2013 Dodge Dart in for service today. I purchased my Dart on 12/2 cars that are over 10 years old - at least that was what I was told when I took my 2013 Dodge Dart in for service today. I purchased my Dart on 12/23/13 and I've exceeded the 10 year limit by 2 months and 7 days. There are still plenty of Darts on the road that are under 10 years old, so they must still have the equipment and expertise to solve my problem. My Dart is telling me that the ABS system needs to be services and it was my thought that the dealership would be the best place to do that. Evidently not this one. This policy sounds to me like more of a business decision favoring the maximization of profit rather than of customer satisfaction. I was pleased with the the work they did a couple years ago when they replaced my thermostat. I guess it's a good thing that it happened before the vehicle reached 10 years of age. When asked what they recommended that I do, I was told to take it to another dealer. I am doing so, but it is considerably more inconvenient to do so. I'm sure the policy isn't the service manager's, but he was a bit brusque and unsympathetic about it. More

Paul helped me out tremendously with my Jeep and provided amazing support. My Jeep had multiple problems with it, but Paul and the team were able to quickly assist me and get my car back within a week. My ca amazing support. I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer in January for $35,000 we drove it off the lot that night with an error on the dash stating the tires were low we went back in and told the salesman and he said to call in we drove it off the lot that night with an error on the dash stating the tires were low we went back in and told the salesman and he said to call in the morning and he would have it taken care of we called we were unable to get a hold of him I took it in for service and they told me that the three tires were leaking and they were not covered therefore I would be charged $140 to have these repaired I feel they should be inspecting the vehicles prior to sending customers home with an adequate tires I will never purchase another vehicle at this dealership and will not recommend also was told this vehicle had a DVD player in it however it did not come with a remote and they refused to rectify the situation however they advertised as though it came with a working DVD player I called multiple times was never given a callback and no one was able to help me very disappointed will not return More
