Took my Durango in for exhaust manifolds. I purchased the parts prior from this dealership due to the shop I work at getting a parts discount. I was quoted $750. Shortly after the vehicle was dropped off we parts prior from this dealership due to the shop I work at getting a parts discount. I was quoted $750. Shortly after the vehicle was dropped off we recieved a call saying the heads would need removed. Being a mechanic I completely understood the situation. When I was told the cost would now be $1300 I approved the repairs without issue. After repairs where completed I was told the bill is now $1658. This is on top of the $350 worth of parts I purchased from this dealer for this job. I simply asked why the increase and was told due to parts. Not sure how this dealership works but at the dealer I work for we put parts on our qoutes. But I excepted the reasoning and didnt contest the charges. No complaints. A week later I'm driving home and attempted to clean my windshield. Washers nozzles wouldnt spray. Thought nothing of it and figured it was out of fluid. Fill it up today and try again. Still nothing. Open the hood and try. Washer fluid squirting out underneath the hood. Both nozzles are broken off under the hood and one is being held together with a wire tie. I never had any issue prior to this repair. So I take it back to the dealer. I explain what happened. I'm told there is no way they did this. And I'm basically called a liar. So you're telling me your tech spent over 8 hours under my hood and there isn't the slightest possibilty that he could have caught the hose and broke them off? I spent $2000 dollars at this dealer to fix my vehicle and they want to fight me over $70 worth of washer nozzles. This dealers service department is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere and get better service. Ps. Ebay has OEM nozzles $12 for the set. More

I am sorry you were so inconvenienced.” It is easy to say and then stand behind that comment. It is as simple as that. More

Repairing their “repairs” after 4+ chances Can I give them zero stars? Brought my Jeep in for a water pump replacement. They didn’t put the radiator cap back on in the process. Unknowingly drov Can I give them zero stars? Brought my Jeep in for a water pump replacement. They didn’t put the radiator cap back on in the process. Unknowingly drove my “newly repaired” Jeep to dinner and came out to find all the coolant on the ground. Since there wasn’t coolant left I had to tow it back to the dealership. When I picked it up the second time I noticed they over-filled the coolant reservoir. When I took some coolant out I noticed they had used the wrong coolant to refill the system (mixed purple OAT in with my pink HOAT coolant). So I had to take it back a third time. For everyones information this mistake can cause head gasket failure (a $2000+ repair). When I took it in a third time the service writer (Alex) was extremely rude and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. After getting another opinion from parts they found out I was right. Also told Alex I did NOT want technician 621 to repair my vehicle as he has screwed up twice and I was worried about him screwing up again (or seeking retribution for me finding his screw-ups). Got the system flushed and hoped that would be the end of it. Got my vehicle back that day to find not only had technician 621 worked on my vehicle against my wishes but they performed UNAUTHORIZED repairs. They did a recall and put dirty hand prints all through the interior of my car without asking for authorization. I just took my car home, deep cleaned the interior, and hoped that was the end of it. Finally, while doing my own oil change about 2-3 weeks after the repairs I found out they did not put all the bolts back in after doing one of the previous “repairs”. When I went in for a FOURTH visit to address the missing bolts Alex, the service writer, accused me of sabotaging my personal vehicle this time. When trying to talk to the service manager (there have been 3 people claim to be the service manager through this whole ordeal, first Bill, the Ed, then Dan) they basically told me more lies about how it wasn’t their fault. Spoke to the owner (Larry) and he didn’t care about any of this. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Your Jeep is likely to come out with all sorts of damage and issues that unless you’re a Jeep expert you won’t catch until its too late. Since they won’t take accountability for simple missing bolts don’t bet on them owning up for that $2000+ head gasket repair they cause... More
