I have a 2023 Infiniti qx60. It suffers from the all to well known front bumper popping out under the headlight. The dealer has attempted to repair it twice, with the bumper cover being damaged on the second attempt. Due to the damage, the bumper cover needed replacement. I had a clear bra for paint protection on the front of the car. Before any work was completed, I asked the service advisor to make sure the clear bra was going to be reinstalled after the bumper was replaced. The advisor stated “ it shouldn’t be a problem” getting it replaced. Due to the vagueness of the response, I questioned it several times, and was always given the same answer. It took 4 weeks to get the bumper cover ordered, and to get the date set for the car scheduled for repair. I asked no less than 4 times about if the clear bra was approved. The advisor kept saying it shouldn’t be a problem, and when asked directly if he submitted for the approval, he stated he had not at that point. My bad for taking his word, the vehicle was dropped off for bumper cover replacement on 9-30-2025. I again asked about the approval, and was brushed off with it shouldn’t be a problem. My vehicle was under the control of the dealer until 11-07-2025 for the repair. I went three different times to pick it up and to find the paint did not match. After the third repair, there was a flaw in the fresh paint, and the passenger side headlight was a scratched from what appeared to be the bumper removal/reinstall. The car again went back to the shop for repair. When I picked it up on Nov. 7 2025, I inspected the repair work. The flaw in the paint was wet sanded and polished, and the headlight appears to have been polished to remove the scrapes. The problem with that is you can clearly see the coating on the headlight that protects the plastic from the UV sun lights has been polished off. To make things worse, within 2 days of driving my car the bumper has popped back out again under the same headlight. All of this, and it is still not repaired. Upon contacting the dealer, I was told the manufacturer rep is supposed to be attempting another fix for the known issue sometime this week. Needless to say, I am disgusted with this whole issue, and even more so because I’m going to have to pay out of pocket to replace the clear bra that was on my vehicle when it went to the dealer to start this whole process, after being told by dealer service advisor it shouldn’t be a problem getting it covered. More

I brought my Infiniti in for new tires, and I received great customer care. I was given a loaner car, which was very nice, as it saved me a four hour wait.
