Nice facility poor customer service lack of enthusiasm I was very displeased with my overall service during my car buying process while I’m pleased with my vehicle I’m disappointed at how things were taken I was very displeased with my overall service during my car buying process while I’m pleased with my vehicle I’m disappointed at how things were taken care of and how poorly organized and the communication was throughout the time. My sales person was very short and didn’t have proper paperwork filled out for my service appt, made it a big hassle for me to get everthing organized and then no one even contacted me until 2-3 days after my vehicle was done. Just felt a bit inconvenienced because I live 55 minutes away. It’s not a short trip to come there. It took 22 days to get my service appt scheduled to repair the back bumper they agreed upon on date of purchase. I had purchased my last vehicle at a Luther Hyundai and was very pleased with the quickness, customer service and overall quality of work. They had a similar agreement and the day of purchase they had taken my car to repair it , put me in a loaner and sent me on my way while it did take longer then expected due to paint issues and it not setting they were in contact with me every step of the way. where as at Luther Acura and Subaru I was never kept in the loop, had to contact them multiple times, got put on hold and disconnected from calls multiple times, told frequently someone would contact me back and no one did or if they didn’t no voicemails or attempts to leave messages were given until the very end of the service when I had called just about every supervisor I could speak with because it was very poor service and I was displeased with how i was being treated as a customer with just purchasing a newly CPO vehicle from their dealership. Super pleased with my car, just wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here again or if they do hopefully their sales guy is more caring and informative. More

Had expectations about better customer service I bought a preowned vehicular from them. They have good car inventory. But customer experience was not that good. They will not respond to any queries after sale is done. Also had a poor experience when I went for service that they had already agreed during sale. Actually it was just a reflector to install. It took significant time. I have no concerns about that. But they did not show a small courtesy to inform me that the vehicle was ready. Also requested them to fit the carpet and they said that I will need to pay for that. I have bought cars from theee different dealers in white Bear lake. This was one of the poor experience that I have so far. More

He was prepared with knowing exactly what he had on the lot, & showed us where the cars in our price range were. He took the time & answered our initial questions & then to our delight, let us shop and look around without hovering over us or pushing us to look at one car or another. Ronnie, the used car Mgr, (another really good guy) was so pleasant & kind - helped out with a few other details, we sealed the deal. We're an older couple, & haven't bought a car from a car dealer in a very long time. The thought of it made us feel nervous & we put it off for as long as we could. The people here made it so easy, we were comfortable the whole time & we'll be telling everyone about the great experience we had! More
