The total experience from ordering our new 2025 Suburban to when it was delivered was a very good experience. Steve Daly is great to work with and always is very polite, friendly and professional. He understands what we want in a vehicle and makes sure that we order what we need to have on the vehicle. Steve kept completing informed from the time it was made, during the transport and upon delivery to the vehicle, even when it was delivered on a Sunday when he was not working. Dan, the finance manager was good to work with and was not pushing but helpful in explaining additional coverages for our new Suburban. Jim, who orders the vehicles was helpful also. And we totally have trust in the Service Department with any of the Service Managers and especially Rob who always makes sure we are satisfied with the Service Department. So for all these reasons, that is why we keep coming back to purchase our new vehicles from this dealership. More
