As soon as I got all of the information I needed, I made the drive from Massachusetts to Maine. When I arrived I was greeted by Dan Dunham and he was such a big help. The rest of the process was about as quick and painless as you could imagine. David Hellin was also very easy to talk to and made the financing very understandable and to my needs. More

Dan Dunham greeted me immediately and took me to the model I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about that car but as he was answering my questions, he realized there was a vehicle that may better suit my needs. He showed me a Volkswagen Atlas and it was exactly what I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Atlas as well and could give me a thorough tour of how the vehicle worked inside and out. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to my emails and questions and patient with me. I would highly recommend this dealership due to the excellent customer service I received from Dan Dunham. More

I contacted dealerships throughout the state and got good rates and responses, but none was as good as the what I got at Morong Falmouth. Ashley was extremely responsive, answering my many questions and getting me a great rate for the lease I wanted. When I came in to drive the cars I was considering, they were waiting for me. I worked with Dan to make the decision and get the numbers into my range, and it was easy and painless - and I ended up with an even better deal than I had gone in expecting. I'd definitely recommend working with these guys. More

Dan worked extremely hard getting her the right vehicle for her budget, and even set up the financing! Dan took the time to give me all of the purchasing options with no pressure what so ever, and gave me the best pricing available. When I picked the vehicle up, Dan sat in the car with me and explained all of the amazing high tech options that I had. It would have taken me a week of fanning through the manual to get them all figured out!!! Matt Sowles processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. I was very impressed with all of the personnel at Morong. They were all courteous and very friendly, and they have a very comfortable and relaxing environment!
