On my latest visit to the service bay I was greeted by a friendly young person who gathered my information and was taken directly to the waiting area. In the past I was taken to one of the service reps cubi friendly young person who gathered my information and was taken directly to the waiting area. In the past I was taken to one of the service reps cubicles so I could speak with them about any concerns or comments I had and I prefer that over just being taken to the wait area.
