Noise was found and eliminated but I was promised my car would be washed and polished before pickup. I got there and the car was not washed and polished. I was upset. Talked to a manager and they brought would be washed and polished before pickup. I got there and the car was not washed and polished. I was upset. I waited 45 minutes and it was beautiful when I got it back but I’m not happy about the lack of communication and things written on tickets totally ignored.
