They called me later in the day to say the new panel was cracked and need to order another. Dec. 22, did it all again and waited instead of getting a rental. An hour in, they said they got the wrong color panel. It’s now Feb 21st and still no word on another correct color, non-cracked panel! Getting frustrated!!!

I don't blame you for being frustrated. You've been back in on November 13th and again on December 22nd, rearranged your time, even skipped the rental the second visit - and you're still waiting on the correct, undamaged panel five months after buying the car. That's not the experience you should've had on something that should've been handled the first time. I'm going to make sure Dan, Dallas, and Derek see this and we get you a clear update and a real plan to finally get this taken care of.
