I'm sorry we let you down after you trusted us with your truck for so many years. Being told wheel balancing was needed and then later finding out we couldn't complete it because of staffing is frustrating, and I understand why losing the whole day would leave you disappointed. We should have communicated sooner and handled that better, and we'll use this with Stephen and our service team to improve how we manage and communicate those situations.
