Dan Foster is our go to car dealer! I recently leased my 2015 IS 250 with Dan and previously leased my 2013 RX350 with him as well. My parents have also bought two cars from him. My dad tends to walk out of car dealerships because he doesn't like dealing with the salesman but he speaks so highly of Dan and enjoys working with him. He's laid back and no pressure what so ever, that's why we keep returning to him! On my last lease I actually thought about getting a less expensive car and my experience at Nissan was terrible! I drove right from Nissan to Lexus and was signing papers to my new IS 250 within 15min. The price was the same and I was getting SO much more from Lexus! Dan knows how to treat his customers right. As it turned out, we found the best deal in all of Chicagoland, fantastic customer service and an immaculate car and store. While it's still possible to find a good pre-owned car anywhere thanks to Car Fax and other car history reports, it now becomes all about getting an honest bottom line price before you make the trip to any dealership along with the quality of customer care once you arrive. It took us well over an hour to get there and there were plenty of the same model closer but Dan's genuine follow up convinced us to give him a shot. We are so pleased with every aspect of our experience with Dan and the staff that stuck around one hour after closing so we wouldn't have to return the next day. This will definitely be our first stop for all our family's cars in the future, even though we have a Lexus dealer a mile from home. More

We found the 2 cars we were interested in online late Friday night. We submitted an online request and we were contacted via email and phone early Saturday morning. Dan spent time working with us to determine a mutually acceptable price, despite the fact that he had at least 2 other customers in the dealership at the same time. He was personable, down-to-earth, and helpful. Needless to say, we left that evening with 2 "new" cars. Dan was great to work with and he really focuses on the customer's needs and wants.
