We just drove home in our "new" car and are happy as can be. Dan Foster was great and unlike any other car dealer we have worked with. He was not pushy or overbearing. He seemed geniunely interested in selling us a quality vehicle that fit our budget. It was the little things he did that really deserve some recognition. First, we were able to take the car overnight and really see how it drove and handled as well as take it to our mechanic friend to have him check it out. When we returned with a concern about the radio, Dan took the car out for a spin himself to determine the cause of the problem. He truly made sure that every concern was addressed before we agreed on a price. Dan was personable, humerous and consciencious. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Dan to all of my family and friends! More

I came to this dealer after being very dissatisfied with McGrath Lexus. Really can't understand how they got a 4.9 rating as they are really a 2 at best in my opinion and lots of other folks I have spoken w McGrath Lexus. Did what they said they would do and none of the smarmy car sales person BS. I would definitely reccomend them if they stand by their car as well as they acted when they sold it. Bill Kuniej is a really professional sales manager and Jeff the tech person who helps to explain the car functionality is quite good and very nice. Bottom line is that if you are a professional and want to deal with someone who is professional and normal, go get a car from Bill Kuniej. If you want a heavy breather, go somewhere else as some pushy sales person is easy to find. I will buy again from them (if they stand behind their car through the service process, etc). More

Dan Foster helped me surprise my wife with a new 2012 RX for her birthday and our wedding anniversary present. We felt like we were in a Lexus commercial with the big red bow on top of the car. This is the third purchase of a Lexus through Lexus of Naperville but our first time with Dan. He was wonderful to us in purchasing our new Lexus. He was very fair with our purchase and our trade in. Their pricing is always more than fair, and the service and treatment you receive is outstanding. If you are shopping for a car, I would highly recommend stopping by Lexus of Naperville first, you will not be disappointed. This dealership only carries quality used cars and is very trustworthy. But beyond that, Lexus, and more importantly, this dealership, stands by the products they sell. We worked with Cindi Wilson/Michael Perelli/Dan Petrey on a potentially expensive repair on our 2004 RX330. To our delight, the service department was able to work with us on the service and covered the repair free of charge. Try that on a 7 year old vehicle at a BMW/Mercedes/Cadillac dealership, it’ simply not going to happen. So in summary, you can buy with confidence from this dealer. I would not go anywhere else. More
