Our first experience several years ago was great! We dealt with Larry and Dan. Larry went out of his way to be sure I got the right car even though it meant I spent about $8000 less. He took into account that I had 3 kids in college & suggested I by a less expensive car. Who does that? Dan assisted me in buying the car and provided fantastic service in everyway. I have been 100% satisfied with that my purchase. When it needed a few repairs the service experience was exceptional. Of course!! Our 22 yr old daughter has been looking for a car on craigslist for several weeks. She and my husband have avoided any cars listed by dealers because od the common distrust of " sales people". I knew she had her heart set on a jeep so I hadn't thought to check w/my favorite Lexus dealer. Tonight I looked on the website and behold there was a used jeep at Lexus of Napervillle. Even though we stayed in a lower price range ( so that she could pay for this car herself) we experienced the same exceptional service from Dan and the rest of the staff. Evie just drove her newly purchased car home and is thrilled. We are fans for life and will absolutely be back. More

Paul Coco was kind enough to have Dan Foster work with me on my search. Dan asked all of the right clarifying questions, took ample time, showed me any car I was interested in and provided me with my best c on my search. After the sale, there was one outstanding item and Dan resolved that with a sense of urgency. Financing was somewhat of a challenge only because I had specific expectations that were very difficult (borderline unrealistic) to achieve. Bruce Johnson thoroughly impressed me with his ability to understand my needs and then crafting a plan that would work for all vested parties. They say word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Well, Lexus of Naperville has, by far, the best staff I have ever dealt with in my 30 + years of car buying. And candidly, I'm not the easiest person to win over. If you work with Dan and Bruce, you will not be disappointed. More

Daniel Foster was a very pleasant salesman. He was not your typical scummy car salesman and treated us fairly. We went in to do a trade in for a used car and he gave us a very good deal and it was the be your typical scummy car salesman and treated us fairly.
