He was very honest to do business. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from the sales representative Dan Foster, where you will get treated with good service and feel great hospitality as if you had been doing business with him forever. He puts the "E" in excellent for excellent service. He has shown great qualities of keeping his word and following through with all the he promised. In my opinion in which I know all will agree, he deserves the seller of the year award for all good qualities that he has displayed. I would do it all over again just to experience the excellent service that I have experienced with this reputable company. Please refer all that you know to experience the quality of excellence from Dan Foster. My purchase was a 07 Lexus 460 L; he treated as if I purchased a brand new car off the showroom floor. Just purchased a vechile from this dealership. Our salesperson was Dan Foster. We saw some cars that we were interested in online so we went there "just to look". Our initial apprehension with purch salesperson was Dan Foster. We saw some cars that we were interested in online so we went there "just to look". Our initial apprehension with purchasing a vechile from this dealership was the distance from our home in Schaumburg. We did visit the Lexus dealership in Schaumburg and in our opinion it does not compare with the dealership in Naperville. Our concerns about the distance were addressed and we were extremely impressed by the staff and facility. Dan was great to deal with. We felt no pressure to buy the vechile and it was apparent that he had a lot of confidence in his product so there was no need to do the "hard sell". Buying this vechile was a phenomenal experience; even the finance person (I can't recall his name) was wonderful. He took the time to thoroughly answer all our questions and we never felt rushed even though it was after closing time on a Friday night. More

My husband and I came in fairly late at night and were greeted by Dan. We told him what we were considering and he did a great job of helping us narrow down the selections to the one that we wound up pur greeted by Dan. Even at the end of the evening, he was enthusiastic and a pleasure to do business with. Because it was late at night and dark by the time we were through purchasing our vehicle, he encouraged me to return the following day so they could inspect the vehicle more thoroughly. I came back and they made sure that I drove out in a vehicle that was, if possible, in better shape than I had it the night before. If anybody is in the market for a used Lexus, I would certainly refer them to Dan Foster and Lexus of Naperville. More

I was looking for a dependable used car for my daughter who's a college student. We went to at least 7 auto dealers in the Chicago area. The cars we saw were dented, scratched, smelly and one made a wei who's a college student. We went to at least 7 auto dealers in the Chicago area. The cars we saw were dented, scratched, smelly and one made a weird noise when we test drove it. On the second or third day of searching, it was late in the evening, I told my daughter we have to go farther out into the suburbs to find a decent car. We had seen one on the internet at Lexus of Naperville. By the time we arrived, it was 8:30 p.m. and I thought it was too late. The receptionist and the sales person told us not to worry they had plenty of time. I'm so glad we stopped in and didn't leave Naperville that night. Dan did an excellent job showing us the car (the one that was on the internet). The car was clean, inside and out. It had low mileage, the engine was clean, the tires had low wear and it drove smooth. We knew this was the right car, bought it and drove it home that night. Megan has been driving her "cute" car everywhere and I know she's thrilled even though she keeps her feelings low-key. If I'm in the market for another car, I'll go back to Lexus of Naperville and request Dan Foster's assistance. He did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Thanks again. More

Dan took the haggling and anxiety out of the car-buying experience, and has provided great follow-up since I purchased my vehicle. In the past, I have worked with other Lexus dealers in the area, but have come to prefer the Naperville dealership because of its excellent service, friendly staff and great amenities. More
