"Great Experience" I was in need of a vehicle after my previous one was totaled in an accident. I applied and was pre-approved for a car loan with an on-line financial I was in need of a vehicle after my previous one was totaled in an accident. I applied and was pre-approved for a car loan with an on-line financial institution. I contacted Newton Nissan South after seeing a certified 2013 Nissan Rogue S on their website. I was able to complete my paperwork for the vehicle on line. Upon arriving to the dealership to finalize the paperwork, I was greeted and welcomed by such a friendly staff. Jared Stanley, the salesman, had searched and was able to get me a better car loan with another financial institution with a lower interest rate and lower monthly car payment. It was a Great Day! Saturday May 28th I called Trent and told him what I had in mind of trading my paid for 2013 Nissan Sentra SL and also would have to trade my 2006 Har Saturday May 28th I called Trent and told him what I had in mind of trading my paid for 2013 Nissan Sentra SL and also would have to trade my 2006 Harley Davidson V-Rod Motorcycle. Trent already knew that I, if I was going to get something new, it would be a Rogue. When I arrived at Newton Nissan Trent was with a customer and he said to me that he would get someone to help me, but I said no, because I thought it was only right that I give Trent my business simply because he had already spent time on the phone with me before. To me, Loyalty means a lot. I said that I was not in no great hurry, and so I went out on the lot and started looking at some Rogues with SV trim that had heated seats. I quickly found two that I liked, then there came Trent, we picked one and then a test drive ensued. As of 1 week today June 4th 2016, I am enjoying very much my 2016 Rogue SV with Midnight Jade exterior and Almond interior. The entire sales experience went to my liking and I am Happy to tell anyone please give Newton a try. Oh, by the way, this is my 3rd New car at this location. The service experience is pretty sweet as they are always very courteous to me and everyone else is very kind making Newton just a nice place to hang out. Ray Anderson More

Worth the drive!!! Warning!...this will most likely be a VERY lengthy review!! However, it's worth taking the time to read, if you're serious about purchasing a vehicle Warning!...this will most likely be a VERY lengthy review!! However, it's worth taking the time to read, if you're serious about purchasing a vehicle and considering Newton Nissan South! This review is a long time coming as I'm a busy mom of 5, but I'm 'finally' able to take the time to write about our WONDERFUL experience at Newton Nissan. I began looking for a vehicle, the beginning of 2016. suitable for my elderly parents. After checking out several different makes and models, we(my mother!)decided the rogue would best fit their needs. So, my search began! I checked out dealerships online, called dealerships, as well as went in person. I can assure you, I did my homework because this was for my precious parents who deserved the best, yet had a limited budget to work with. Newton Nissan was the last dealership I thought I'd "check out" to see what kind of deal they could offer, compared to the others I'd already been to, so I would finally have my "homework assignment" complete...therefore being able to make an intelligent decision based on my findings, comparing all the different dealerships. Well, I wondered if Newton South might be different(in a good way) than other Nissan dealerships I visited, just from their website alone, giving personal(relatable) information about their dealership and employees. I then called Jim Yeargin to get specific directions, as I don't have a gps and was told incorrect directions by well-meaning friends. He greeted me when I arrived and when talking to him and walking in, there was a "definite" difference I felt than any other dealership I'd dealt with(and remember, there were many!). I went to his office and told him my story..."I'm here on behalf of my parents, they've decided on a rogue, I've gone to many other dealerships(having papers from them and my notebook with my 'homework' in it)and this is my final dealership to come to before making my decision" etc.. Well, he was SO kind and patient, listening to my(my parents!) needs and then left to get the best price they could offer me, and to my amazement, they truly gave me a great price right out of the gate!!! I couldn't believe it as that was NOT my experience with the many other places I'd been, it took much more time, and back and forth haggling to get a price worth considering! Needless to say, I knew by the sincerity and genuineness of Jim, the welcoming atmosphere of the business upon entering, along with the fact that I was given a price without all the haggling that I'd grown accustomed to, that THIS was the place my parents were going to purchase their new rogue...which, by the way, is the first time they've EVER had a new car in their 79 and 81 year old lives!! I was SO thrilled for them...yes, I cried!!..all tears of joy! You must know that Jim took GREAT care of us and is a man of his word!!...(which is thought to be rare in the car business). When I had to call back about bringing my dad to do the purchase the next day and had to get a few details worked out, Jim wasn't available to come to the phone as he was with a customer, I ended up talking to Dan who was also WONDERFUL and very caring, as well as personable(we southerners appreciate that!!) He had to deal with a bit of a glitch and told me he'd get back with me. In less than 10 minutes, he called back just as he said he would, and had taken care of the issue, making it happen. I was already a happy customer but was made even happier!! Who does that?! Newton Nissan South does!...specifically(in my case), Jim, Dan and Joel(in finance, who made the whole signing of ALL the many places on the paperwork a fun experience!). There was NEVER any pressure by anyone, which is rare in car sales, and was such a welcomed surprise that just hugely added to my entire terrific experience. A place that's warm and inviting, that you're greeted by all upon entering, and is sincere in ever way...doing everything they say they're going to do from start to finish!! Newton Nissan was almost an hour drive for this busy 'mom of many'!..and for my elderly daddy too...however,(if you've read this far, bless you!!), THE DIFFERENCE IS WORTH THE DISTANCE!!!! I "guarantee" you'll feel the same way too!! More
