Elderly Scare tactics After buying a pre-owned used car paid cash...Done deal. They later contacted my elderly mother (almost 80) a week after she traded in her used car w After buying a pre-owned used car paid cash...Done deal. They later contacted my elderly mother (almost 80) a week after she traded in her used car with 140,000 miles on it and claimed they may need more money. Their mechanics looked over her trade and came back with a low in trade allowance. She agreed to the trade and a week later they contacted her and said there was a manufacturers bulletin on her trade and they were going to have it taken care of and may need to work something out. Their mechanics went through her car on the day of the sale and came back with a trade offer and now they want more money. Oh and by the way they already have her old car on their website for almost twice what she got in trade. I have yet to talk to anyone who has ever heard of this happening to anyone, More

Customer service I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 after driving two hours home, only to find the front bumper panel was cracked from the previous owner and we had not seen I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 after driving two hours home, only to find the front bumper panel was cracked from the previous owner and we had not seen it during the inspection. After a phone call, I returned the car to them, they provided a loaner at no cost and fixed the bumper. Great customer service. Above and beyond, expectations. Thank Brad Deery!! More
