After paying close to 1200.00 for our 30,000 mile inspection I was very disappointed to have my low washer fluid light come on yet again after hopping back in my car. The indicator light had been fla inspection I was very disappointed to have my low washer fluid light come on yet again after hopping back in my car. The indicator light had been flashing prior to bringing the car in and I expected that for 1200.00 my fluids would be topped off. Unfortunately this leaves me questioning if my car was even serviced. I filled the fluid myself and the indicator light has stayed off with no leaks apparent so it was clearly a matter of the service department failing to check or fill the fluids. I don't know who is responsible, I just want this issue to be recognized. More

The young man who immediately greeted me was so helpful. He was hardworking, always finding a task to do throughout my visit. Of course, all were quite helpful and pleasant, too. Set up an appointment for a mandatory recall for my imperza. I was under the impression from the scheduling rep that the server would have been completed the same day. Upon arrival they took my keys. It was not until 10 min later after I asked if they needed anything else the server rep informed me that this was just an appointment for a inspection only. If I did not ask I would have just left when my ride back to work arrived. Poor communication. More
