Took 3 hr. wait for routine recall re Crosstrek. When I finally asked when it was going to be done, Service Rep. who hardly seemed to know why I was there said, "oh, they just finished". Yet when my car w finally asked when it was going to be done, Service Rep. who hardly seemed to know why I was there said, "oh, they just finished". Yet when my car was brought up front, it was really hot, indicating that it had been sitting out in the sun for some time, presumably after service was done. Service was also to include a general inspection. But after my first stop for groceries, I came out to find out that I had a dead battery, and then spent 2 hrs. waiting for road service. More

Dealer/service center was great but I am a bit concerned of a recall I had done recalled again! In addition, I'm not sure why I went to the dealer for a recalled part to find out it had to be ordered even of a recall I had done recalled again! In addition, I'm not sure why I went to the dealer for a recalled part to find out it had to be ordered even though it was already noted the part had to be replaced; I guess personal time means nothing to Subaru! I am upset that I had to go back a second, actually 3rd time (including 1rst recall) for the same problem! More

We have always had excellent service from Dan. He has always been courteous, professional, knowledgeable with all service inquiries. He has shown remarkable patience with me since I always call my husba always been courteous, professional, knowledgeable with all service inquiries. He has shown remarkable patience with me since I always call my husband during service meetings to let him know what is being done and why so he can have his input. The service times have always been spot on and he arranges for a shuttle transport for me. More

Tires overinflated (>37psi). Battery replaced, clock not set. Multi-point vehicle inspection checklist says my battery is good, but the battery was replaced. Dan is always a pleasure to work with, and we prefer to deal with him when we have the car serviced. He's always professional, courteous, efficient, and tries to save us money when there are several altern deal with him when we have the car serviced. He's always professional, courteous, efficient, and tries to save us money when there are several alternatives available from which we might choose. And he always get the job done perfectly, leaving our now almost 12-year old car in great condition when they are finished working on it. GREAT experience! More
