I had scheduled my 2014 Focus for it’s 90,000, checkup, with a few minor concerns to be checked. Because my concerns were founded - clutch - service time would be must longer. I was given a car to drive due to this. As for sales, Dan Happ. new I would be in for service and gave me a call to see if I would like to look at some newer cars, with less mileage than my 90,000. I told him I would think about it and discuss it with my husband- Dan did not pressure me, he kindly let me know that he would be there while my car was being serviced. Best car buying experience ever!! Car dealerships and car salesman get a bad rap sometimes for being pushy and slimy. Van Bortel Ford is the complete opposite of that. I felt comfortable in that environment and did not feel pressured and scared to buy a car from them. And that was mostly because of the super salesman I bought from named Dan Happ. He was incredibly nice and caring throughout the whole buying process and did not pressure me at all. He went above and beyond with helping me buy this car, more then I would have ever thought a salesman would do. I really felt cared for at Van Bortel Ford! I can not recommend them enough! Excellent choice of a car for me I'm so excited already!
