They were impressive, and I was pleased that they had CD players as it is a feature less available on new cars, unfortunately. Not feeling certain about either being the right choice for me, I thanked him for his time. In September a hatchback which caught my eye on their website and I still had Dan Happ’s business card so I sent him an e-mail, hoping to return and see him at Van Bortel Ford. He replied and I went in the next day. It is such an inviting atmosphere with staff who are smiling and even will bring beverages from the coffee bar to customers! I was really hopeful about the possibility of this becoming a purchase opportunity for me. Dan greeted me and gave me the key to take the hatchback out. I returned and promptly said with enthusiasm that it’s the right car for me so he wrote up a purchase agreement, with no deposit because they don’t take one. To pick up my new vehicle, Dan’s follow through even included: A ride to the dealership Explanation of all of paperwork Putting the new plates on himself Review of auto interior, which made me feel confident as new owner. 🚙 Dan Happ is pleasant, personable & professional, knowledable and helpful. Love my new truck I loved this dealship with their no hassle pricing. I went in told them what I wanted and had a truck picked out within the hour.
